On The Corner of Second Street and William Street is this old Brownstone building that has housed many things over the years.
It was a third District Courthouse and the old New Bedford Institution for Savings bank in 1853. Later is served various purposes. such as the Auto parts store that you can see in these mid 20th century photographs below .
