Thanks to Jay Simmons, the mystery is solved about where it was taken from, (The Times Building) but what are the other buildings that are in that photo?
This was taken prior to the urban renewal and Rt. 18 and the Octopus was built.
The Crystal Ice company can be seen and Anderson Little was just to the left near the foot of the bridge.
Behind that Roland Chartier had a welding shop, known as "Ronnie's Welding".
The storage facility was well known.
